Job summary

PwC is seeking leaders in software engineering to drive innovative software solutions and deliver exceptional user experiences for clients. You will design, code, test, and mentor teams while aligning product strategy with client needs and firm objectives.

You will guide cross-functional teams through end-to-end delivery, applying Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods, and partnering with engagement teams to translate business goals into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with substantial relevant experience.
• 12+ years of experience in Engineering Product Management or related leadership roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; PMP/CSM/PRINCE2 certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of software and product innovation initiatives.
• Own engagement relationships, managing expectations and translating business objectives into roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Direct cross-functional teams in designing and building scalable solutions using modern languages and architectures.
• Oversee integration, APIs, and microservices to enable interoperability and agility.
• Institutionalize quality practices including ATDD, code reviews, and coding standards.
