Job summary

PwC is seeking an experienced software and product innovation leader to drive end-to-end software solutions for client engagements. You will lead with integrity, mentor teams, and partner with engagement teams to deliver innovative software products that align with firm strategy.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage delivery plans, and champion modern architectures such as APIs and microservices to enable agility and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with specialized training/experience in Engineering Product Management.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering product management or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of software and product innovation initiatives, aligning execution with client and firm strategy.
• Own engagement relationships, translating business objectives into product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Direct cross-functional teams in designing and building scalable solutions using modern languages (Java, Python, C#.NET) and APIs/microservices.
• Establish and enforce quality practices including ATDD, code reviews, and coding standards.
• Drive CI/CD adoption to improve release velocity, reliability, and efficiency.
• Lead requirements analysis to ensure alignment with standards and engagement goals.
