Job summary

PwC is seeking a Technical Product Owner and Manager to lead software and product innovation initiatives within Advisory. You will drive end-to-end engagement planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate client needs into scalable roadmaps.

You will lead with integrity, mentor junior staff, and focus on delivering high-quality solutions through agile practices, ATDD, and CI/CD adoption across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• At least 12 years of experience in Engineering Product Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of software and product innovation initiatives.
• Own engagement relationships and translate business objectives into roadmaps.
• Direct cross-functional teams using modern languages and frameworks.
• Oversee APIs and microservices architecture for interoperability.
• Institute quality practices including ATDD and code reviews.
• Drive CI/CD adoption to improve release velocity and reliability.
