Job summary

PwC is seeking experienced software and product leadership within its Scaled Engineering Services. You will lead development and delivery of software and product innovation initiatives, aligning engineering execution with client and firm strategy.

As a Technical Product Owner and Manager, you will own engagement relationships, mentor junior staff, manage project plans, and drive CI/CD and quality practices to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; specialized experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum 12 years of engineering/product management experience with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of software and product innovation initiatives; align with client and firm strategy.
• Own engagement relationships; translate business objectives into product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Direct cross-functional teams using modern languages and frameworks; oversee APIs and microservices.
• Institutionalise quality practices (ATDD, code reviews) and drive CI/CD adoption.
• Mentor junior talent and manage project plans, scope, estimates, and risks.
