Job summary

Crossmint is seeking an Engineering Lead for Wallets to own the technical direction of our multi-chain wallet infrastructure (EVM, Solana, Stellar) in New York. You will set the roadmap, make architectural decisions, and lead a team of six engineers while continuing to write production code.

Work closely with Product, GTM, and Customer Success to translate enterprise requirements into on-chain primitives, and represent the team in partner and vendor calls.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a lead or senior engineering role in wallet or fintech infrastructure.
Proven experience with multi-chain wallet architectures (EVM, Solana, Stellar).
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, NestJS, and Solidity with production code impact.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical interviews.

Responsibilities

Own the technical roadmap and architecture for Crossmint's wallet stack.
Lead a team of six engineers while contributing production code.
Collaborate with Product, GTM, and Customer Success to translate requirements into on-chain primitives.
Represent the team in partner and vendor technical discussions.
