Job summary

Crossmint is building the infrastructure for programmable finance, with a wallet stack spanning EVM, Solana, and Stellar. We seek an Engineering Lead for Wallets to own the technical direction, architecture, and team delivery.

You will work closely with Product, GTM, and Customer Success Engineering to turn enterprise requirements into on-chain primitives, while also contributing production code and mentoring a team of engineers in New York.

Qualifications

Three (3) years of experience in Full-Stack Engineer or Engineering Lead roles.
Experience designing scalable full-stack apps and decentralized wallet interfaces.
Experience deploying Solidity and Stellar/Soroban contracts in production.
Multi-chain infrastructure across EVM, Solana, Stellar.

Responsibilities

Own the technical roadmap for Crossmint's Wallets infrastructure across EVM, Solana, and Stellar.
Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of on-chain wallet primitives.
Mentor a team of engineers and conduct technical interviews.
Collaborate with Product, GTM, and CS to align roadmap with business needs.
Contribute production code spanning wallet signer authorization and cross-chain flows.
