Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years in technical, operational, or engineering aspects of the electrical utility industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred; substation knowledge is a plus.
• Experience supervising and coordinating engineers, reviewers, and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations with focus on resource and workload management.
• Support project lifecycle processes across engineering, finance, and scheduling.
• Oversee KPIs and reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical direction during normal and emergency situations.
• Assist with storm duty and major event response.
