Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, technology leadership, and program management.
• 8-10+ years of people management experience leading managers and engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise platforms within financial services, payments, or transaction processing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage/develop multiple teams of professionals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions).
• Prepare and present regular team/project reviews to senior management and business leaders.
• Drive the design and development of system architecture and enhance the quality of deliverables.
• Monitor and manage budgeting, planning, policy formation, and future strategy.
• Ensure change is managed with appropriate controls and documentation including regulatory reporting.
