Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in development/validation of wireless systems.
• Leadership of technical programs or teams in RF/wireless.
• Strong expertise in SDR, RF, transceivers, and mixed-signal architectures.
• Hands-on RF test equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Own evaluation, characterization, and validation for SDR/transceiver platforms.
• Drive silicon bring-up through production release and deployment.
• Lead RF, mixed-signal, and embedded software verification efforts.
• Define product strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor engineers and influence architecture and validation methods.
• Present findings to engineering leadership.
