Job summary

Hill’s Pet Nutrition is seeking an Engineering Intern to join Global Supply Chain. You will lead a hands-on project from planning to completion and collaborate with cross-functional teams across our facility.

You will map manufacturing workflows, apply CAD tools, and present results to senior leadership at the end of the program. Eligible students must relocate for June–August and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related fields.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Willing to relocate for the Summer Program (June–August).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to work off-shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: own a specific engineering project from planning to completion.
• Process Mapping: map how Hill's produces dry pet food and visualize workflows.
• Team Collaboration: work with different departments to gather insights and move the project forward.
• Presenting Results: present findings and suggested improvements to leadership at program end.
