Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive’s Hill's Pet Nutrition internship in Emporia, Kansas offers hands-on engineering project leadership within Global Supply Chain. Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering, or in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business Analytics.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) preferred.
• GPA of 3.0+; ability to work off-shift hours; comfortable in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to relocate for the Summer Program (June–August) and work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Own an engineering project from planning to completion.
• Process Mapping: Map how the dry pet food production lines operate.
• Team Collaboration: Work with multiple departments to gather insights and move the project forward.
• Presenting Results: Share findings and recommendations with senior leadership at internship end.
