Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Packaging Engineering Intern/Co-op to support packaging development for Hill’s Pet Nutrition. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver packaging solutions that meet performance, quality, cost, and manufacturability requirements.

The role emphasizes project support, data analysis, and communication of technical results. A minimum GPA and proficiency in MS Office are expected, with CAD familiarity a plus.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Science, or Materials Science.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Support packaging project execution from concept to commercialization.
• Assist with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Design, Supply Chain and other teams.
• Ensure packaging targets balance cost, usability, manufacturability, and material compatibility.
