Colgate-Palmolive Company’s Hill’s Pet Nutrition is seeking an Engineering Intern to support Global Supply Chain operations. You will lead a hands-on project from start to finish with guidance from industry experts, collaborating with diverse teams across our facility and network with peers and senior leadership.

Education requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering (or related fields).

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• Ability to work off-shift hours.
• Willing to relocate for the Summer Program (June–August).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: own a specific engineering project from planning to completion.
• Process Mapping: map how dry pet food is produced and visualize workflows.
• Team Collaboration: work with multiple departments to gather insights.
• Presenting Results: share findings and suggested improvements to leadership.
