Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Ability to work off-shift hours.

• Willingness to relocate for the Summer Program (June–August).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: own an engineering project from planning to completion.
• Process Mapping: learn and map how dry pet food is produced.
• Team Collaboration: work with multiple departments to gain insights and move the project forward.
• Presenting Results: present findings and improvement suggestions to leadership.
