Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 to join our team in Columbia, MO. The 10-12 week internship offers hands-on experience in manufacturing, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include supporting operations, leading improvement projects, and documenting GMP practices. Candidates should be in a bachelor’s program in engineering with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering and able to work full-time during summer 2027.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Self-motivated with ability to tackle multiple technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for existing manufacturing operations.
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects and kaizen events.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and identify root causes to implement solutions.
• Document GMP practices, regulatory standards, and related reports as needed.
