• Experience leading cross-functional teams on improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and leadership for the manufacture of market leading healthcare products.
• Identify causes of product and manufacturing problems and implement solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve products and processes.
• Monitor product and process capabilities and develop plans for continuous improvement.
• Utilize GMP procedures, including validations, nonconforming product reports, corrective and preventative actions.
• Support daily manufacturing operations.
