Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Finance & Administrative professional to support the Engineering Center in the US. The role focuses on budgeting, financial reporting, and cross‑functional finance support for US and Mexico operations.

You will also manage purchase orders, vendor coordination, and provide executive support to the Engineering Director, contributing to onboarding and organizational structuring across technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance, administration, or purchasing support preferred.
• Experience in engineering/manufacturing/automotive environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the Engineering Center budget.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards with budget vs. actual analysis.
• Coordinate with US and Mexico Finance teams on monthly results and cost deviations.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budget planning for the Engineering Center.
• Maintain headcount and workforce cost data for the Engineering center.
• Monitor engineering hours and SAP project hours against budgets.
• Provide financial analysis to support cost visibility and budget control.
