Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Finance & Controlling / Admin support professional to help manage the Engineering Center budget across the US and Mexico. You will prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards, support forecasting, and ensure cost visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in finance, business administration, controlling, purchasing support, or executive/administrative assistance.
• Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or automotive environment is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP for cost-center monitoring, project hours, purchase orders, and cost tracking.
• Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial controlling and administrative support to the Engineering Center across the United States and Mexico.
• Manage the Engineering Center budget and prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate annual budget and strategic planning with Engineering leaders and Finance.
• Process purchase orders and manage supplier invoices, ensuring alignment with budgets.
• Provide executive and administrative support, including travel coordination and onboarding.
