Job summary

Advanced Technology Services in New Jersey is seeking a Site Leader to drive safety, performance and strategic initiatives at the plant level. You will oversee the Site Safety Program, lead team development and ensure adherence to 5S and safety policies.

This role requires strong communication, CMMS experience, and the ability to interpret business metrics. You will partner with the Site Manager to deliver continuous improvement and maintain customer satisfaction while managing expenses.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software

Responsibilities

• Live and lead safety by managing the Site Safety Program and enforcing policies
• Drive housekeeping standards and 5S across the site
• Inspire strategy by understanding site-level and company-wide initiatives and promote effective implementation
• Own ATS culture by modeling leadership competencies and self-motivation
• Support employees’ learning and growth through coaching and development discussions
• Ensure and drive business results by aligning with the Operating System, tracking KPIs, and communicating priorities to customers
