A well-known food manufacturer in New Jersey is seeking a Maintenance Manager/Supervisor. You will lead the maintenance team across shifts, oversee corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment, and may supervise facilities and grounds.

You will ensure OSHA/SOP compliance and report to the Director of Engineering. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering with 6+ years in manufacturing and 3+ years in supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 6+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years supervising technicians or mechanics.
• Experience with PLCs and automation.
• Understanding of LEAN Six Sigma (5S) and GMP.

Aufgaben

• Manage, train and mentor maintenance team on respective shift.
• Ensure corrective and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including installations and modifications.
• May be responsible for facilities and surrounding grounds.
• Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with OSHA and SOPs.
• Provide reports to management and executives.
