Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking an Engineering Excellence Manager in Wilmington, Delaware. This role requires supervising and leading the Operations and Maintenance Team to ensure high-quality building maintenance services. Candidates should have a minimum of ten years of experience in Technical Services, including three years as an Engineering Manager or equivalent.

The position offers an annual salary range of $115,000 to $125,475, commensurate with experience, along with various employee benefits such as medical, dental, and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years practical experience in Technical Services.
• Strong knowledge of Work Order Control procedures.
• Must be able to use personal computers and MS Office.
