Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Engineering Business Analyst (Grade P3) to support EVMS, EAC/LRE processes, and program cost management. The role requires a university-level degree with significant experience and an active security clearance.

The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering product teams, control account managers, and program leads to drive accurate cost reporting and proactive variance analysis for budget, schedule, and cost performance.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years in relevant field.
• Advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with SAP, APEX, or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) including cost estimates and risk assessments.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
