Job summary

Raytheon CGO seeks an Engineering Initiatives Lead for remote work in the United States. You will drive modernization efforts, coordinate across engineering, digital tech, security, and operations, and guide GenAI, VDI, automation, and digital tools adoption to improve productivity and compliance.

Travel up to 35% is required to align stakeholders. A current U.S. Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required for start date and eligibility for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of proven engineering leadership and cross-functional project execution.
• Experience piloting, evaluating, and scaling technical initiatives.
• Experience with GenAI and VDI in engineering workflows.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with innovative technical solutions.
• Communication skills with leadership updates and technical briefings.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, digital technology, security, quality, operations, and supply chain.
• Experience driving standardized processes in large organizations.
• Active and transferable U.S. government Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
