RTX is seeking an experienced Engineering Initiatives Lead to drive enterprise-wide process improvements and accelerate adoption of GenAI, VDI, and digital engineering tools. You will coordinate across engineering, digital technology, operations, security, and facilities to standardize practices and scale solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in engineering leadership, with a track record of cross-functional project execution and organizational efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years leading engineering, process improvement, and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of GenAI, VDI, automation, and digital engineering tools.
• Pilot new technical solutions to improve productivity and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional process-improvement initiatives across engineering, digital tech, security, operations, and supply chain.
