Job summary

Raytheon’s CGO is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead the Distributed Work team, coordinating migration, capacity expansion, and cross-program execution. The role requires broad cross‑functional influence across engineering, operations, security, and supply chain, with a focus on delivering capacity on time and within policy.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in leadership, strong program management, and a track record of standardized processes across large organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.
• 10+ years of cross-functional leadership in operations, supply chain, or engineering.
• PM/Lean/Six Sigma or ERP certification.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
• Experience identifying risks and driving change management.
• Experience preparing leadership briefings, KPIs, and data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading operational improvements and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day distributed work projects, including migration planning and performance tracking.
• Use data-driven insights on capability and capacity to support migration decisions.
• Develop integrated schedules and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Partner across CGO, Programs, Functions, and Corporate to align requirements and timelines.
• Identify risks, constraints, and resource gaps in distributed work execution.
• Establish readiness criteria, mitigation plans, and contingency strategies.
• Capture lessons learned to refine distributed work processes and drive scalable improvements.
