The Engineering Enablement and Process Improvement Initiatives Lead will drive cross-functional programs spanning engineering, digital technology, security, facilities, and programs.

The role prioritizes GenAI and VDI adoption, piloting new solutions, and creating scalable, compliant workflows. Travel up to 35% may be required to engage stakeholders across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven engineering leadership and cross-functional project execution.
• Experience piloting and scaling technical initiatives.

Responsibilities
