The Raytheon Capacity Growth Office (CGO) is establishing a dedicated engineering initiatives capability focused on enabling enterprise-wide process improvements and accelerating adoption of emerging technologies.
The Engineering Enablement and Process Improvement Initiatives Lead will serve as a technical and strategic driver for engineering modernization efforts.
This role will lead and support cross-functional initiatives that enhance innovation, improve operating efficiency, standardize engineering processes, and strengthen compliance.
Examples of cross-functional projects supported in this role include efforts involving adoption of Generative AI (GenAI), expansion of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), quality improvement initiatives, and secure material movement process enhancement.
Typical project results may include improved engineering productivity through automation or standardized workflows, reduced cycle time for security or operational processes, increased clarity and consistency in engineering procedures, enhanced compliance readiness, reduced material movement delays or bottlenecks, and higher throughput across engineering teams leveraging modern digital capabilities.
The ideal candidate has strong engineering leadership experience, a track record of process transformation, and the ability to coordinate solutions across engineering, digital technology, operations, security, facilities, and program teams. This role directly supports the CGO Engineering Initiatives Leader.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD.
