The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, NC seeks an Assistant Director of Employer Engagement to expand employer relationships and increase opportunities for students and alumni. The role serves as the lead for Engineering programs and collaborates with campus partners to design events and career initiatives.

The position is a temporary full-time role, based in Chapel Hill with a possible hybrid arrangement, starting December 1, 2026 and lasting four months.

Formación

• Master's degree required or bachelor's with 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across divisions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and expand a portfolio of employer relationships to grow employment connections for UNC students and alumni.
• Serve as the Career Center's lead for Engineering programs.
• Design and lead events and programs (recruiting activities, internships, career fairs, mock interviews).
• Presentations and workshops to large audiences; use Handshake and other systems to manage relationships.
• Collaborate with campus partners, industry, alumni, and academic units.
