Job summary

Chapman University is seeking a Temporary Employer Engagement Coordinator to support employer engagement, campus recruiting, and Panther Network mentoring. You will coordinate career fairs, on-campus interviews, information sessions, and postings, while ensuring high levels of customer service to employers, students, alumni, and campus partners.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, 1-2 years of related experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1-2 years of full-time professional experience in administration, recruiting, sales, or employer engagement in an academic or related setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Employer Engagement team to provide excellent service for employers, students, alumni and partners.
• Oversee recruitment programs including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews; manage event registrations and interview schedules.
• Track employer engagement data in Handshake and ERM; adhere to SOPs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with CPD leadership and Alumni Engagement on Panther Network mentoring and employer relationships.
