UNC-Chapel Hill’s Career Center seeks an Assistant Director of Employer Engagement to lead university-wide employer relations and program development. You will design collaborative events, coordinate with engineering programs, and drive career education initiatives to expand opportunities for students and alumni.

Hybrid work may be eligible; the role emphasizes building partnerships, expanding internship and full-time opportunities, and strengthening UNC’s presence with employers and industry

Formación

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years’ experience, or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; able to present to large audiences.
• Ability to build relationships with students, employers, alumni and campus partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead employer engagement initiatives and partnerships across UNC’s campus.
• Design and implement events and programs for employer engagement and career development.
• Collaborate with engineering programs and office partners to grow employer/industry relations and work-based learning.
• Deliver workshops, mock interviews, career fairs, and other career programming.
• Expand universal and tailored career education strategies to reach all UNC students.
