Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience with industry partners and relationship building.
• Project management, event planning, and coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Strong collaborative skills to work with students, faculty, and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for industry partners supporting capstone projects.
• Coordinate scoping discussions and communications between industry, faculty, and students.
• Support capstone program coordination across sections and disciplines.
• Guide student teams on project management and professional communication.
• Contribute to assessment and evaluation of capstone outcomes across courses.
