Nesco Resource is seeking an Engineering Documentation Manager to lead a team that maintains engineering drawings, technical documents, and controlled records for a Tulsa-based operation. You will drive accuracy, version control, and accessible documentation across engineering and production.

The role requires 5+ years in technical documentation, leadership experience, and strong EDMS/ERP proficiency to improve workflows and ensure regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering documentation or related function.
• Experience with engineering drawings and revision control.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with EDMS/ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline management.
• Prior team leadership or supervision.
• Excellent communication with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for engineering documentation.
• Manage revision, approval, distribution, and retention of drawings.
• Establish and maintain document control procedures.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality to meet requirements.
• Manage workloads, priorities, and deadlines for projects.
• Maintain accurate records in EDMS and related systems.
• Identify gaps and implement workflow improvements.
• Support internal audits and compliance-related documentation.
