Job summary

DuPont Spectrum is seeking an Engineering Support professional to maintain and update customer acknowledgements, balance NRE and quoted orders, and manage engineering data flow. You will develop documentation, create work instructions, support process development on the manufacturing floor, and coordinate meetings while ensuring accurate records.

You will collaborate across engineering and quality teams, review part prints, manage Change Orders, and ensure documentation practices meet industry

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and evaluate part prints and engineering specifications.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation practices.
• Good verbal and written communication; able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, ensure accuracy of and send customer acknowledgements for NRE sales orders.
• Manage balance between NRE sales orders and Quoted sales orders, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage incoming/outgoing Engineering data files through FTP for cross-platform sharing.
• Create engineering and tooling folders for new projects.
• Create, maintain, and communicate action items and meeting minutes internally and externally.
• Lead in creation, development, review and updating of Engineering documentation (work instructions, specs, SOPs, TWIs).
• Support process development and qualification activities on the manufacturing floor as needed.
• Populate/Update Work Requests (sample, inspection, etc.) as needed; modify Inspection Plans.
