FNA Group in Mesquite, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Coordinator to join our Engineering team onsite. This entry-level role focuses on safeguarding data integrity for engineering drawings, routings, and schedules while you learn how a global manufacturing leader operates from design to assembly.

You will manage revisions, ECN/ECR, and update task lists; develop strong admin skills using MS Excel and Word; experience with ERP/MRP or CAD (SolidWorks) is a plus, and we offer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; ability to read technical or detailed documents.
• Nice to have ERP/MRP, PDM/PLM, or CAD software (SolidWorks); early-career candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain manufacturing routings within our ERP system and assist with pilot builds and new product launches.
• Maintain engineering drawings and documents, ensuring revisions, approvals, and ECN/ECR are tracked.
• Update the engineering task list, run status reports, and communicate updates to engineers and manufacturing partners.
