Job summary

MKS Instruments, Power Solutions division, seeks a Document Controller to support engineering changes and documentation in PLM. You will partner with engineering, quality and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures, while maintaining lifecycle records for manufactured parts.

You will manage change requests, orders, and notices, assist with new part numbers in the PLM system, and coordinate with auditors.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with document control processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering changes for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Manage Engineering Change Requests, Engineering Change Orders, Temporary Deviation Notices, Manufacturing Change Orders, and SPRs.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and compliance teams to ensure document accuracy and compliance.
