Job summary

MKS Instruments in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Document Controller to partner with engineering and other disciplines to ensure changes are accurate and compliant. You will manage change requests and orders, support PLM data entry, and attach data sheets and CAD models when available.

You will collaborate with engineers, quality and auditors to ensure established procedures are followed, while maintaining meticulous records and preparing for regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational training completed; preferred.
• 2+ years of related document control experience.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering changes for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Manage Engineering Change Requests and Change Orders.
• Assist in creating new part numbers in PLM tool.
• Attach manufacturer data sheets and CAD models when available.
• Coordinate with engineers, quality, and compliance teams.
