MKS Instruments in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Document Controller to partner with engineering and other disciplines to ensure changes are accurate and compliant. You will manage change requests and orders, support PLM data entry, and attach data sheets and CAD models when available.

You will collaborate with engineers, quality and auditors to ensure established procedures are followed, while maintaining meticulous records and preparing for regulatory reviews.

Formación

• High school or vocational training completed; preferred.
• 2+ years of related document control experience.

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Document Controller at Power Solutions, you will partner with other team members and various Engineering disciplines to review engineering changes for accuracy and compliance with procedures. The workload is demand related with frequent adjustments to the schedule in response to internal and external customer needs. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor of Document Control.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Managing Engineering Change Requests, Engineering Change Orders, Temporary Deviation Notices, Manufacturing Change Orders, and Special Product Request (SPR).
• Collaborating with engineering, quality, and compliance teams to ensure document accuracy and compliance to established procedures.
• Assisting engineer to create new MKS Design and off-the-shelf part numbers in current Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) tool.
• Creating new Manufacturer/Manufacturer Part combination, download and attach manufacturer data sheets, and if available, download manufacturer CAD models.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $16.26 - 27.10 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
