Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking an Engineering Document Controller to support engineering and project teams by managing technical documentation, ensuring compliance, and maintaining efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include administering EDMS platforms (Aconex, Proarc, SharePoint), tracking submissions and approvals, and coordinating with engineers and contractors to ensure document accuracy, version control, and timely distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in document control or engineering support.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or project environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control workflows.
• Hands-on EDMS experience (Aconex, Proarc, SharePoint).
• Understanding of engineering drawings and document control processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain engineering and project documentation across the full lifecycle.
• Administer EDMS platforms, including version control, workflows, and archiving.
• Track submissions, revisions, approvals, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with document control procedures and project requirements.
• Support audits, reporting, and dashboard tracking for documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders for accuracy.
