Responsibilities

Design engineering changes with cross-functional team by evaluating the feasibility to have introduction in operations.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify, prepare follow-up with internal stakeholders.
Create part / assembly numbers and structure BOMs in PLM.
Oversee change management methodology and tools to create a strategy that supports the roll out of the changes by projects initiatives.
Delegate activities within stakeholder ensuring complete implementation of changes, new product introduction and sustaining engineering activities as to configuration and change management and manage work requests.
