Job summary

PrideNow is seeking an experienced ECR/ECO specialist to manage change orders from initiation to closure, perform documentation and research, and coordinate with engineers and program managers. Expertise in NX, Teamcenter PLM, and ISO documentation is required.

The role supports manufacturing and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate BOMs, drawings, and change control processes are followed and well-documented.

Qualifications

• Experience handling ECR/ECO / Change Management and Configuration Management.
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to create clear meeting minutes, decisions and action items.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking and follow-through.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing/engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECR) from initiation through closure.
• Perform documentation, drawing, BOM, and part-number research for accuracy and compliance.
• Use Siemens NX CAD to update/revise engineering drawings — actual CAD experience is required.
• Manage change control in Teamcenter PLM and coordinate approvals.
• Work with Engineers, Designers, and NPI Program Managers on design changes and BOMs.
• Coordinate cut-in strategies, effectivities, E&O, and manufacturing requirements.
• Prepare changes for Change Control Board review and track them through final approval.
• Maintain trackers, metrics, reports, and ISO documentation.
• Facilitate design-review meetings and document decisions, action items, and meeting minutes.
