Job summary

Abbott in New Brighton, MN seeks a detail-oriented Document/Engineering Change Control specialist to support PLM and ERP workflows. Focus on quality checks and master data updates within a regulated environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of change orders, maintain accurate records, and leverage PLM/ERP systems and MS Office daily. Onsite role supporting manufacturing and engineering processes.

Qualifications

• HS Graduate or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in a Document/Engineering Change Control role, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Able to enter data in PLM and ERP system provided by Change Orders.

Responsibilities

• Change Master data and manage Material Master/Material Extension.
• Maintain BOMs and Routers, and update Inspection Plans.
• Complete quality checks in PLM with proper document structuring and approvals.
• Implement tasks based on scope of change to affected documents/parts.
• Accept Track Changes and delete comments.
• Update fields in PLM/ERP systems and complete ERP Product Configuration updates.
• Create document and part objects in PLM and ERP systems.
