Job summary

SAF-HOLLAND Inc. is seeking an Engineering Change Specialist II to drive changes from concept to production across North America. You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams while maintaining SAP and Teamcenter PLM master data.

You will manage ECRs/ECNs, improve data configurations, develop best practices, and translate complex technical info into actionable solutions. Some travel may be required to support multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or another technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering change management, configuration management, or product data management.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management.
• Experience with SAP, Teamcenter PLM, workflow programming, and configuration management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) from initiation through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure engineering releases stay on schedule.
• Serve as a key liaison between design centers and manufacturing operations.
• Maintain and enhance SAP product configurations and master data.
• Develop best practices, work instructions, and training materials.
• Support configurator design, testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
