Job summary

Lippert is seeking an Engineering Change Manager to drive complex engineering change orders within the Product Development and Engineering team in Michigan. You will work with project managers and engineers to shepherd changes from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with schedules and deliverables.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 2+ years in technical PM, and a track record in manufacturing launches with attention to part numbers and transition planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of technical project management experience.
• Manufacturing launch experience with attention to part numbers and transition planning.
• Proven track record of managing complex hardware and software production schedules.
• Experience in risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Establish engineering change orders with development teams and program management.
• Identify and manage manufacturing risks for validation builds.
• Coordinate transition plans with OEM customers and Technical Sales.
• Communicate requirements to internal and external partners and drive to closure.
• Provide input on schedules, issues and deliverables as a core team member of the project.
• Report on overall Engineering Change Order status to stakeholders.
