Job summary

PF Holdings in Texas seeks a Director of Engineering to lead capital planning and execution for all plant locations, aligning engineering activities with operations and corporate strategy.

You will drive the capital budget, coordinate with Operations, vendors, and executive leadership, and oversee scalable project documentation and reporting to enable growth and transparency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• 10 years experience in capital projects, engineering, manufacturing, or similar roles.
• Advanced knowledge of onsite assets, automation controls, and reliability planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital budget and deliver capital projects for the company across all plant locations.
• Oversee all engineering activities as required by Operations for all plants.
• Act as liaison to Operational leadership to ensure equipment/assets perform as expected.
• Direct team members, coordinate inter-company activities, identify roadblocks, and execute strategy in engineering/capital projects.
• Work with outside vendors to analyze scopes, maintain internal controls, and secure best pricing.
