Job summary

DrinkPAK is seeking a Senior Plant Engineering Manager to lead all engineering, CI, and capital project execution at the Fort Worth plant. You will own a large, multi-year capital portfolio across multiple lines and infrastructure systems, driving reliability and technical readiness while maintaining reusable engineering assets.

You will partner with Corporate Engineering Services and plant leadership to prioritize work, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• At least 8 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, CPG, food/beverage, or high-speed environments.
• Proven experience managing concurrent, multi-project capital portfolios of significant scale.
• Strong understanding of utilities, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plant infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and OEM documentation across scopes.
• Proficiency with project management tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a large annual capital project portfolio across multiple lines from scoping through commissioning.
• Lead on-site engineering support ensuring reliability, readiness, and rapid issue resolution.
• Drive CI programs focused on uptime, throughput, energy efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Govern engineering docs, as-builts, equipment lists, and standards with Corporate Engineering.
• Partner with Corporate Engineering on capital prioritization, budgeting, and cross-site standardization.
• Develop, submit, and manage bids; evaluate contractor and vendor proposals.
• Provide input into annual expense and capital budgeting, track spend and forecast variances.
• Support maintenance with root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
• Coordinate with OEMs/contractors for upgrades, retrofits, repairs, and evaluations.
• Lead technical readiness for new equipment installations affecting multiple lines.
