Job summary

DrinkPAK II, LLC seeks a Senior Plant Engineering Manager to lead all engineering, continuous improvement, and capital project execution at the Texas Beverage Manufacturing facility. You will be the senior on-site engineering lead embedded at the plant while reporting to Corporate Engineering Services, owning a multi-million dollar annual portfolio across lines and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, CPG, food/beverage, or industrial environments with capital responsibility.
• Proven experience managing concurrent multi-project capital portfolios at scale in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of utilities, mechanical, electrical systems and plant infrastructure.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, and OEM documentation.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and high capital accountability.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a large annual capital project portfolio across multiple projects and lines from scoping to turnover.
• Lead on-site engineering support across all production lines ensuring readiness and rapid issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement programs focusing on uptime, throughput, energy efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Maintain engineering documents, as-builts, equipment lists, and standards; ensure reuse across projects.
• Coordinate with Corporate Engineering on capital prioritization, budgeting, and cross-site standardization.
• Develop and manage bids; evaluate contractor proposals.
• Provide input into annual expense and capital budgeting; track spend and forecast variances.
• Support maintenance with root cause analysis and long-term reliability actions.
• Coordinate with OEMs/contractors for upgrades, retrofits, and evaluations.
• Lead technical readiness for new equipment installations and process changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
• Support outage planning, utility coordination, and infrastructure reliability.
• Build relationships with plant leadership and align with corporate reporting as senior on-site engineer.
