Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Engineering Business Analyst (Grade P3) to support EVMS processes, EAC/LRE development, and cost/schedule control. The role collaborates with program leads to drive predictable results using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX tools.

The candidate will perform detailed analyses, generate reports, and ensure program financial commitments are met in a fast-paced, onsite environment. A signing bonus is available for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar system.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Active and transferable U.S. government Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of EACs and LREs quarterly/monthly with cost estimates, risk, and variance analysis.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline and schedules.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans.
