Job summary

RTX is seeking an Engineering Business Analyst (Grade P4) to support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads in EV inputs, reporting, and cost control. The role focuses on analytic rigor using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX tools to drive cost and schedule performance. Relocation assistance is available; candidates must hold active Secret clearance and U.S.

citizenship. This is an onsite role in Tucson, AZ with RTX offering competitive benefits and a robust finance

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience using SAP and/or APEX and/or other similar system.
• Strong MS Office skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required before start, U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) quarterly and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) monthly, including cost estimates and risk assessment.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
