Job summary

v4c.ai is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and help attract, evaluate, and hire strong talent across technical and business functions. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who builds trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

This is a hybrid position with a preference for regular in-office collaboration at our Dallas, Texas office while supporting candidates and hiring teams across locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience managing multiple roles and candidates across full lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing and outreach using LinkedIn and job boards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current openings and anticipated needs.
• Develop outreach strategies for technical and business roles.
• Coordinate interviews and support consistent evaluation throughout hiring.
• Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment steps.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline health and market conditions.
