GeoSystems Analysis, Inc., a Trinity Consultants team, is seeking an Engineer I to support the analysis, design, and documentation of mine reclamation, managed aquifer recharge, habitat restoration, and related civil/environmental projects. The role applies engineering principles to technical tasks and collaborates with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include analyses, design development, and preparation of documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification required; PE or ability to obtain within twelve months preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with mine reclamation, managed aquifer recharge, habitat restoration, water resources, or related civil/environmental projects preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working experience with AutoCad Civil 3D.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Perform engineering analyses and design activities related to stormwater management, hydrology, hydraulics, earthwork, landform stabilization, and related projects.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, design plans, and supporting documentation under guidance of senior engineers.
• Develop engineering design concepts and collaborate with CAD staff to prepare and review drawings and plans.
• Analyze technical data to support project design and engineering solutions.
• Identify technical challenges, evaluate solutions, and communicate recommendations to project teams.
• Participate in field investigations and data collection as needed.
• Support project planning and development activities including scopes, estimates, proposals, and technical documentation.
